At Kanjimix, many of our products and services are created specifically
for each customer. This includes personalized Kanji identities,
custom-designed name artwork, Kanji Identity Sheets, and products made
or printed using a customer-specific design.

Because of the personalized nature of these items, our return and refund
policy differs from that of standard retail products. Please read the
following policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for
return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind, personal
preference, incorrect selection, or other customer-related reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to:

-   Custom Kanji identities created for an individual name
-   Kanji Identity Sheets
-   Personalized name artwork or digital designs
-   Clothing, prints, or other products featuring a customer-specific
    Kanji identity or name
-   Special-order or made-to-order products
-   Any other item created, printed, produced, or customized
    specifically for the customer

Once work has begun on a custom Kanji identity, personalized design, or
made-to-order product, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Kanji Identity Design

Kanjimix creates each Kanji identity by considering pronunciation,
meaning, historical usage and readings, visual balance, and the harmony
of the name as a whole.

Because each Kanji identity is individually designed, differences in
personal taste or preference regarding the selected Kanji characters,
meanings, visual style, or overall interpretation do not automatically
qualify the order for a refund.

If there is an error on our part, such as an incorrect name being used
or a delivered item differing materially from the confirmed order
details, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide
an appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive
the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at
info@kanjimix.com.

Please include:

-   Your order number
-   A description of the issue
-   Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect
    item

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement,
correction, or refund.

Please do not return any item before contacting us and receiving return
instructions.

Returns of Non-Personalized Products

If Kanjimix offers standard, non-personalized products, those products
may be eligible for return where stated in the applicable product
description or where required by law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:

-   In the same condition in which it was received
-   Unworn and unused
-   With any original tags attached
-   In its original packaging, where applicable
-   Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact info@kanjimix.com before sending any
item back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If a return is required because an item is damaged, defective,
misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise due to an error attributable to
Kanjimix, we will provide appropriate instructions regarding the return
or replacement process.

For any other return that we agree to accept, return shipping costs may
be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by
applicable law.

Do not send returns to any address without first contacting us. The
appropriate return location may vary depending on the product and
fulfillment method.

Exchanges

Because many Kanjimix products are personalized or made to order, we
generally do not offer exchanges for customer preference, size selection
errors, or changes of mind.

If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please
contact us at info@kanjimix.com so that we can review the issue and
determine the appropriate solution.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will notify you after reviewing the relevant
circumstances and, where applicable, receiving and inspecting the
returned item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please
note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may
require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund
results from an error attributable to Kanjimix or unless otherwise
required by applicable law.

Digital and Downloadable Products

Due to their nature, digital products, downloadable files, and
personalized digital designs are generally not eligible for return or
refund once they have been delivered or made available to the customer,
except where the product is defective, materially different from what
was ordered, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at
info@kanjimix.com.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, cancellation may
not be possible once design work, production, printing, embroidery, or
fulfillment has begun.

If work or production has not yet begun, we may, at our discretion and
subject to applicable law, be able to cancel the order.

European Union and Other Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any
mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable
law.

Customers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom,
or other jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal,
return, refund, repair, replacement, or other consumer rights.

However, certain statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights may not
apply, or may be limited, for goods made to the consumer’s
specifications, clearly personalized products, certain digital content,
or other categories recognized by applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws will take
precedence over any conflicting provision of this Refund Policy.
