SECTION 3 - KANJI IDENTITY DESIGN SERVICES

Kanjimix creates personalized Kanji identities by considering factors such as the sound of a name, meaning, historical usage and readings, visual balance, and the harmony of the name as a whole.

A Kanji identity is a creative and interpretive design. It is not a literal translation, official legal name conversion, government-issued transliteration, academic certification, or guarantee of a single objectively correct representation of a name in Kanji.

Because Kanji characters may have multiple readings, meanings, historical uses, cultural associations, and interpretations, different valid design approaches may be possible for the same name.

By purchasing or using a personalized Kanji identity service, you acknowledge that the resulting design reflects Kanjimix’s creative process, selection criteria, cultural knowledge, and design judgment.

Personal preference regarding a particular Kanji character, meaning, reading, visual style, or interpretation does not by itself constitute an error or defect.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for us to create or fulfill your order, including your name, preferred pronunciation, spelling, and any other requested details.

Where pronunciation is relevant, you are responsible for providing sufficiently clear and accurate pronunciation information.

Kanjimix is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or misleading information provided by the customer.

If you discover an error in information you submitted, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes after design work, production, printing, embroidery, or fulfillment has begun.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Many Kanjimix products and services are custom-made, personalized, made to order, or created specifically for an individual customer.

These may include, but are not limited to:

- Custom Kanji identities
- Kanji Identity Sheets
- Personalized name artwork
- Digital designs
- Clothing featuring a customer-specific Kanji identity or name
- Printed or embroidered personalized products
- Special-order or made-to-order items

Because of their personalized nature, such products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect customer selection, or other customer-related reasons once work or production has begun.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website, Kanjimix brand materials, logos, text, graphics, layouts, photographs, illustrations, design systems, product presentations, and other original content made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Kanjimix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from such content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 7 - PERSONALIZED KANJI DESIGNS AND USAGE

Subject to full payment and any specific terms stated at the time of purchase, customers may use the final personalized Kanji identity delivered to them for personal purposes.

Any commercial use, resale, sublicensing, trademark registration, mass production, redistribution, or use of a personalized Kanji design as part of a commercial brand or business identity may require separate written permission or a separate license from Kanjimix.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, purchasing a personalized product or service does not transfer ownership of Kanjimix’s underlying design methods, templates, systems, source files, working files, selection processes, or other proprietary materials.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information on this site. However, information made available through the site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify content at any time, subject to applicable law.

The information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making legal, academic, linguistic, historical, or other professional decisions.

SECTION 9 - PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND AVAILABILITY

For personalized products, mockups, previews, examples, or illustrations may be representative and may not perfectly reproduce the final physical product.

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice, except where prohibited by applicable law or after a binding purchase has been completed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our store.

We currently use Printful as one of our fulfillment partners for the production, fulfillment, and shipping of personalized products.

Your use of certain third-party services may be subject to additional terms or policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues relating to orders placed through Kanjimix where appropriate.

SECTION 13 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or controlled by Kanjimix.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, practices, or policies of third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion and risk.

If you submit names, pronunciation information, comments, feedback, suggestions, images, files, or other materials to us, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials for the purpose for which they are submitted.

You must not submit content that infringes the rights of others, is unlawful, abusive, malicious, misleading, or contains harmful code.

We may use customer-provided information and materials as reasonably necessary to process orders, create personalized designs, provide customer support, and operate the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not claim ownership of your personal name merely because you provide it to us.
